Leland Byrd
Broker/Owner of Kilgore Real Estate, Inc. Leland has been in the real estate industry since 1971. As a Native to the Tampa Bay Area, he has extensive knowledge of our area. Although he has years of experience in all types of real estate, Leland specializes in large acreage and commercial properties. He holds an active Florida Real Estate Broker license, he is a member of The National Association of Realtors, and has received Realtor Emeritus Status with The Greater Tampa Realtor Association.
Lesley Byrd Grygiel
Born into the family business, Lesley officially joined Kilgore Real Estate in 1997. Being a Native to Hillsborough County and a graduate of The University of South Florida, she uses her extensive knowledge of The Tampa Bay Area to benefit her clients. Lesley resides in Lithia with her husband John, where they chose to raise their children Gatlin and Marley. She stays active in her community and holds a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License.
John E. Grygiel
John has over 20+ years of experience in transactions, consulting and operations in the technology and real estate industries. Prior to joining Kilgore Real Estate, Inc. he owned a technology services firm that offered consulting to all types of business entities. Since 2003 he has focused exclusively on the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida and a Florida Real Estate Broker’s License. He is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors and stays active in his community.
Glenn Schneider
Glenn is a life-long Florida resident and is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation he worked in the Aerospace and Defense industries, including the Apollo/Saturn Lunar project at Kennedy Space Center. He continues his career at Tampa Electric Company for over thirty years working in Power Plant and Power Delivery System Engineering, Construction and Operations. While at Tampa Electric he was on the Board of TEPAC Florida, serving a term as president. He is both a Registered Engineer and a State of Florida Certified General Contractor. Glenn is active in his Church and Community, is on the Board of Trustees at Plant City’s South Florida Baptist Hospital and enjoys many hobbies, including Vintage Car restoration and Bluegrass Music.
Gatlin Grygiel
Gatlin has joined Kilgore Real Estate as a third-generation member of the family brokerage. He is currently pursuing a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at the University of South Florida. His academic background and local expertise perfectly complement his role in the brokerage, where he brings a fresh and energetic approach to the field. Residing in downtown Tampa, Gatlin offers valuable insights into the city’s vibrant market and urban lifestyle. He is enthusiastic about continuing his family’s tradition of excellence in real estate. Actively engaged in his community, Gatlin also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associates License.
